If you received an email that your registration codes are available for a STAC event, you are either the Primary or Secondary Delegate for your firm, or you are your firm's designated STAC Summit Coordinator. Your codes are listed in the section titled "Special info from STAC" at your user dashboard. (If the delegates and/or coordinators listed at your user dashboard are incorrect, please contact us.)
- Each firm has a registration code for each city. In most cases, each code has 2 uses.
- Conference badges are only to be used by employees from your firm with a valid company email address. Your eligible customers can register under the End User conference badge.
- If you are sponsoring at the Gold or Platinum level, or are participating in an IR or Exchange and have purchase an extra badge, your code will have additional uses.
- Remember to reserve one of these uses for yourself if you plan to attend.
- You may send the code to another person so they can register. Be sure to copy the link that is embedded with the code so that the registrant can simply click on the link. (If that is missing, the registrant can enter the code manually at the registration site.) The registration site has further instructions.
- In the event someone cannot attend after registering, whomever registered that person can cancel it at www.eventbrite.com/mytickets and the code will be available for for someone else to register, or you can update the attendee information at the same link. If you have any trouble, you can email us at events@STACresearch.com, and we can cancel the registration. This will make the code available for someone else.
NOTE: The number of registration codes available reflects your current status with respect to the given event. Additional codes are typically provided to event sponsors once the sponsorship is confirmed. Please see the details of your sponsorship.
