Speaker Registration
We will register your speakers once you have submitted their information via the Speaker Form. This ensures they are listed on the website, have access to the app, and receive all pertinent information.
Attendee Registration
A sponsor’s other attendees will need a code to register for the STAC Summit. Vendor members will find the codes in the primary delegate’s dashboard. Member and non-member sponsors will see the codes included in the sponsor email you received with this guide. These registration codes are exclusively for your firm’s employees and require the use of a corporate email address. You will receive codes for all allowed attendees, except the speaker(s).
Registration Process
Vendor registration will be through EventBrite. STAC will frequently upload registrations to our digital event platform. Registered staff will receive an invitation to create an account on Agorify and download the mobile app. Agorify provides the event mobile app, event website, online agendas, on-site badge printing, lead collection, and interactive features during the conference. Exhibitors will need the mobile app to scan badges at the event. (See Exhibitor section for more info.)
Additional Badges
Sponsors may purchase ONE additional badge per city they sponsor for USD $750 if more than 48 hours before the event. Additional badge prices increase to USD $900 if purchased within 48 hours of the event. Taxes and processing fees may apply. Email events@STACresearch.com to request an additional badge. We will provide payment instructions via Stripe.
Badge Policy
Maintaining the right balance of vendor and end-user attendees is paramount to providing a successful event for end users and enhancing lead generation for sponsors. This is why there are NO exceptions to the number of available badges to sponsors.
Sponsors MAY NOT share badges or registration codes with another vendor or professional services firm. They will need to be a member or sponsor. Please have them contact us to discuss.
Badge sharing at the event is strictly prohibited. If you need to substitute an attendee that has not checked in, we can do so onsite, but only if a registered attendee has not already checked in and is unable to attend at all during the day.
All registrations with your company codes MUST use your company email domain.
Sponsors MAY invite their customers from financial firms to attend the event. There is no cost to them. They can register using the End User button on the event page.
