Digital Platform (Agorify)

We are using the Agorify digital platform to host the Spring 2025 STAC Events.

  • All sponsors will have a presence on the Agorify web and mobile platform. 
  • Sponsors with an exhibit table will have an Exhibitor page that includes a link back to their company web page, and a section where they can provide a company description. 

To best prepare your firm’s presence, all sponsors need to provide:

  1. Logo: square – for best results, at least 300 x 300 pixels
  2. Cover: use a 4:1 image ratio, recommended size is 1000 x 250 pixels– you may use your company logo on this image, but it should not be the most prominent part of the graphic.  If we do not receive one, we will attempt to color match your logo the best we can in a solid color.
  3. Mobile cover: use a 1:1 image ratio, recommended size is 800 x 800 pixels (Not all of the image is guaranteed to be rendered)

Exhibitors also need to provide:

  1. Company Description
  2. Your firm’s URL to use on the Event Web Page
    Not needed for the Agorify platform, but needed for the STAC website sponsor/exhibitor listing
  3. Your firm’s company logo in a high-quality print-ready format (300 dpi if possible – low quality resolution images may be pixelated on the sponsor signs).
