Shipping Labels

For shipping exhibit table materials:

Label and Attach: Complete and attach the Singapore Exhibitor Delivery Label with your company logo for easier identification.

Tracking Numbers

Email the tracking number(s) for your shipment to events@STACresearch.com. This will help us locate packages in the event it is misplaced by the venue. Let us know if you are hand-carrying items instead.

Return Shipping:
  • Prepaid Return Label: Include a prepaid label in the box for return shipments.
  • Prepare Return Items: At the end of the day, place any items being returned to your office in a box. Tape the box and attach the prepaid return label.
  • Arrange Pickup: Contact your carrier to schedule a pick-up from the venue’s mailroom the day after the event.

IMPORTANT: For International Shipments:

  • Allow extra time for customs clearance.
  • Avoid sending materials to arrive more than 5 business days before the event, as the venue may not store materials for more than 5 days.
  • STAC is not responsible for materials that cannot be located by the venue.

Power/AV/Internet

Notify STAC in advance if you need power and/or AV at your table. 

Power is not additional, but AV will need to be ordered through the venue.  We will connect you with their AV contact

WiFi is available at the venue.

 

TV Rental: -

55” TV c/w TV stand & HDMI Cables is chargeable @ S$ 550/-

Kindly send an email request of your TV Rental request to saileong@dmcevent.com to confirm your rental.

Note: Exhibitors will be allowed to set up on the evening of Monday, April 7. Setup can begin after 3pm and must be completed by 6pm. Please email events@stacresearch.com with: first and last name, company, and phone number with country code, area code & contact number (mobile or individual DID No.)
