Shipping Labels

For shipping exhibit table materials:

Complete and attach the London Exhibitor Client Materials Label to your package. Please provide the completed Collection from Venue form for boxes that are to be returned to your office and schedule a pickup with your carrier.

Tracking Numbers

Send the tracking number(s) for the shipment to events@STACresearch.com. This helps track down a package in the event that it was misplaced by the venue or not received by the day of the event.

Let us know if you are hand-carrying items.

Return Shipping:

  • Include a prepaid label in the box for return shipments.
  • At the end of the day, you must put any items that are being returned to your office in a box, tape the box, and affix the pre-paid return label on the box.  
  • Ensure they are labelled correctly with the Collection from Venue label.
  • Please confirm the collection with the event manager prior to your departure.
  • It is your responsibility to contact your carrier to arrange pick up from the venue’s mailroom the day following the event.

Items left

Please note any items left at the venue outside of the deliveries/collections times may be disposed of at the charge of £150+VAT per item by the venue.

IMPORTANT:  If you are shipping internationally, please give extra time for clearing customs, but try not to send materials to arrive more than 5 business days before the events. The venue may not store materials for more than 5 days.  STAC cannot be held responsible for materials that cannot be located by the venue.

Power/AV/Internet

Each exhibitor is equipped with a table, 2 chairs and a power supply.

AV can be ordered at the form at this link and emailed to alina.tereheria@convene.com.  Orders must be submitted at least 10 business days before the event.  The deadline for submitting your order is April 14, 2025.
