Getting the most from Haswell
Arch Robison, Senior Principal Engineer, Intel provided insight into the new Haswell processors which have recently been released to the market. He discussed how the architecture supports new intrinsics and the Haswell New Instructions, which have the potential to reduce latency and accelerate compute- and data-intensive workloads, and where developers should focus their initial efforts at the 4 November 2013 STAC Summit in Chicago.
