Specs: STAC-M3 Benchmarks (Antuco Suite)

Stack under test:

• Kx Systems kdb+ 2.7
• Kove XPD2 Storage System
• Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.0 with ext3
• Dell-Kove R910 Appliance
• 4 x 10-core Intel E7-4850 2.00 GHz processors
• Mellanox MT26428 ConnectX-2 HCA and MTS3600 InfiniScale-IV switch

The code that produced the STAC-M3.ß1.1T.NBBO benchmark results in this report actually implemented STAC-M3.ß1.1T.NBBO-Q (see STAC-M3 Antuco specifications for descriptions of the operations). NBBO-Q involves processing and saving more data as well as more computation. It is valid to claim superior performance if NBBO-Q elapsed time is less than NBBO elapsed time. It is not valid to claim superior performance if NBBO elapsed time is less than NBBO-Q elapsed time; the relative performance is not determined in this case.
